SO . . . I went to a play tonight without eating dinner and got home at 8:30 and hurried to eat a healthy proportioned meal. Now I am super tired and want to go to bed but I have to wait for two hours so I won't lose a very valuable point. Oh my goodness.

Mom!! You need your sleep to be healthy too! Just minus the point, j/k. Good job on not letting those calories stick from immobility. yea, for posting (and on your blog too, you're techno savvy)!

haha....you are better than me. I probably would have skipped the two hours before bed because I would have ended up crashing. (falling asleep)
I want to get your secrets on your motivation.
