Trial Run!

Just wanted to let you know that I did a trial run last week. It was harder than I thought it would be, but its totally doable. Wanted to pass on an idea. I put my sheet that I track my daily points on in a sheet protector and wrote on it with a dry erase marker. That makes it reusable each week.

I've approached this time beforehand a little differently. I pretty much ate my weight in Oreos yesterday. I'm treating myself on last moments of bliss. I actually felt really really crappy afterwards so it made me feel more ready to get started. I felt like a big ball of garbage. Which is of course one of the reasons for doing this challenge eh?

I am so glad to hear that you ate your weight in Oreos! I totally did that too!
Is it bad that it made me glad I am not the only one?
